Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Data Analyst.

Summary:
The Data Analyst supports client-facing and internal teams by analyzing financial and real estate data to deliver accurate, actionable insights. This role focuses on data analysis, financial modeling, reporting, dashboard development, and data quality. The analyst will work with large datasets, develop KPIs and analytical models, and translate complex data into clear reporting and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain financial models, analytical tools, and reporting solutions for real estate acquisitions, developments, and portfolio analysis
* Analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
* Perform cash flow analysis, lease analysis, valuation analysis, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
* Perform end-to-end data analysis, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, transformation, KPI development, analysis, and visualization
* Write and maintain SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources
* Design and document data models, metrics, calculations, and reporting logic to support consistent analytics
* Identify data quality issues and help establish processes for data integrity, governance, and validation
* Partner with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical analytics solutions
* Automate recurring reporting and analytical processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
* Communicate analytical findings through clear visualizations, reports, and executive-ready presentations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
* 2-4+ years of experience in data analytics, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
* Experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms
* Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, data models, and automated reporting
* Strong understanding of real estate financial metrics, including IRR, NOI, Cap Rate, DSCR, and cash flow analysis
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and large datasets
* Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to translate business requirements into data, reporting, and technical solutions
* Experience working in a fast-paced, client-serving, or cross-functional environment is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
