Description
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to support data-driven marketing decisions for a Long-term Contract position based in Fort Worth, Texas. This role focuses on turning campaign and customer data into clear insights that improve targeting, channel performance, and return on investment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across analytics platforms and marketing systems to evaluate results, identify opportunities, and guide optimization efforts.
Responsibilities:
Analyze marketing and campaign data to uncover trends, measure effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Use Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to monitor digital performance, build reports, and interpret user behavior across channels.
Evaluate paid media activity, including Google AdWords campaigns, to improve audience reach, conversion outcomes, and budget efficiency.
Partner with marketing and CRM teams to develop performance dashboards and track key metrics tied to customer engagement and retention.
Translate complex data into concise findings that support planning, forecasting, and campaign optimization decisions.
Maintain reporting accuracy by validating data sources, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting ongoing analytics improvements.
Assist with marketing measurement processes related to platform or workflow changes when needed, ensuring continuity in reporting and insight delivery.
Requirements
Experience in marketing analytics with a strong ability to interpret campaign and customer performance data.
Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics in a business or marketing environment.
Working knowledge of Google AdWords and paid campaign measurement principles.
Familiarity with CRM marketing concepts, customer segmentation, and lifecycle performance tracking.
Ability to create clear reports and dashboards for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience identifying data issues and improving reporting quality across marketing tools.
