Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented
Deltek VantagePoint Application Support Specialist to provide front-line support for day-to-day Deltek issues. This individual will monitor incoming support tickets, troubleshoot user questions, manage account access and permissions, and assist with routine system maintenance and configuration support. Duration: 3 months with potential to extend
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-4 PM PST, core meetings
- Starting at 40 hours a week, then move into 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to incoming Deltek VantagePoint support tickets.
- Troubleshoot basic user issues and answer day-to-day system and navigation questions.
- Create, update, activate, and deactivate user accounts.
- Process approved user access, security, and permission changes.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding within Deltek.
- Maintain employee records, including supervisor, office, organization, and other updates.
- Assist employees with timesheet, expense, project access, charge code, and approval routing issues.
- Perform routine data maintenance and identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete records.
- Document ticket resolutions and identify recurring issues or opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge-base documentation for common support requests.
- Escalate complex configuration, financial, integration, security, and system issues to the appropriate system owners.
Requirements - Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Experience providing front-line application or business systems support.
- Ability to manage incoming support requests through a ticketing system.
- Knowledge of user account management, access permissions, and backend configuration support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience documenting support resolutions and maintaining process documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
Preferred Qualifications- SQL experience is a plus but not required.
