Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Collaboration SME (Subject Matter Expert) to lead, engineer, and support our enterprise-grade Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and overall productivity ecosystem.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in modernizing our collaboration landscape, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless communication and governance across the organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

M365 Engineering & Support: Design, configure, and maintain enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration services and cloud architectures.
Teams & SharePoint Expertise: Manage and optimize Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and associated productivity workloads.
Troubleshooting & Resolution: Act as an escalation point to diagnose and resolve complex collaboration, connectivity, and client-side issues.
Configuration & Integrations: Handle tenant configurations, security baselines, and third-party app integrations within the M365 ecosystem.
Migrations & Modernization: Drive and support cloud migration projects, tenant-to-tenant consolidations, and legacy system modernizations.
Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts and automation workflows (primarily using PowerShell) to streamline administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Governance & Documentation: Establish and maintain robust governance policies, compliance frameworks, and comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

7+ years of overall enterprise IT experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience specifically focused on Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration technologies.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams administration, SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and security controls.
Automation: Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
Other relevant Microsoft role-based certifications.
