KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partners with Manufacturing IT Platform Owners and IT Security team members to execute system maintenance according to established standard procedures.
- Collaborates with manufacturing end users to schedule and execute maintenance and system deployment activities within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Documents system maintenance procedures and policies while maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of server inventory and activity.
- Delivers consistent service and proactive support to end users, resolving technical issues quickly and building trust through clear communication.
- Enables process improvement initiatives by identifying and reporting on recurring issues or concerns raised by end users.
- Works effectively across cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks and support broader organizational goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience with server maintenance, administration, and support and proficiency in server operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Knowledge of server security best practices
- Prior experience working with Ignition Scada Platform
- Experience in manufacturing operations
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's degree in information systems or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Certification in server maintenance, such as CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or RHCSA,
- Familiar with SQL
- Experience in manufacturing operations
- Experience in general help desk/IT Support
- Factory Talk AssetCentre Experience (nice to have)
- Linux experience (nice to have)

qualifications:
