Title : SAP S/4HANA TMS Architect
Location : Richardson, TX (Onsite)
Rate :$ 80/hr on W2 & $ 88/hr on C2C
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM/TMS) Architect with 10+ years of experience in configuring, deploying, and managing SAP TM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall SAP S/4HANA TMS architecture, design, configuration, and implementation.
• Define enterprise architecture strategies, standards, processes, and best practices.
• Manage the complete development lifecycle, including requirements, testing, deployment, and support.
• Lead project teams and manage scope, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, IT, customers, partners, plants, and distribution centers across geographies.
• Guide developers and ensure adherence to development methodologies and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure solutions align with long-term IT strategy.
• Provide training and support on TMS processes, workflows, and reporting.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of SAP TM/TMS experience
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management expertise
• SAP TM configuration, implementation, and support
• Enterprise architecture and solution design
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Agile methodology; Azure DevOps and MS Project preferred
• Experience working with global/matrix teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills
