Functional Manager – SAP S/4HANA

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Functional Manager – SAP S/4HANA to lead business process improvements, solution design, and technology initiatives across Supply Chain, Finance, and IT. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, oversee SAP solution delivery, and help drive strategic technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partner Engagement

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
• Understand business goals and translate them into technology solutions.
• Develop IT roadmaps and business cases for new projects and initiatives.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead functional analysis, business process redesign, and SAP solution development.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, and large-scale IT projects.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and business requirements.

SAP Support & Operations

• Lead internal and external support resources in resolving SAP-related issues.
• Drive critical incidents to resolution.
• Support the resolution of complex functional and integration issues.
• Ensure effective integration between SAP modules and business functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions.
• Strong experience across one or more of the following areas:
  • SAP Ariba
  • Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
  • Order-to-Cash (OTC)
  • Extended Warehouse Management (eWM)
• Experience with at least two SAP implementations, including solution design, configuration, and project delivery.
• Experience integrating SAP modules and business functions.
• Working knowledge of ABAP objects, HANA SQL programming, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong business case development, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CSM, Agile, or related certification.
• Experience with business process reengineering and enterprise solution architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering technology solutions that create measurable business value.
