Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E2E Solution Designer/Architect with strong expertise in Sales Planning, Sales Processes, and Sales Compensation. The candidate will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, integrated, and optimized end-to-end solutions.
The role requires a strong understanding of sales business processes, planning cycles, target and quota management, incentive compensation, sales performance, and the technology landscape supporting these capabilities. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Compensation teams, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Data teams, and Engineering teams to define business and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end solution design for Sales Planning, Sales Process, and Sales Compensation capabilities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
- Understand current-state processes and design optimized As-Is / To-Be processes.
- Design solutions supporting:
- Sales planning and forecasting
- Sales target and quota setting
- Territory and account planning
- Sales capacity planning
- Incentive and compensation planning
- Commission calculation and payout
- Sales performance management
- Sales crediting and attribution
- Sales hierarchy and participant management
- Sales reporting and analytics
- Define business rules for sales compensation, eligibility, incentives, quotas, attainment, accelerators, thresholds, and payouts.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in solution design, solution architecture, business transformation, or enterprise application delivery.
- Strong experience in Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or Sales Performance Management.
- Experience designing complex E2E solutions involving multiple business and technology systems.
- Strong understanding of business rules, data flows, integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
