Summary

Bring your SAP C4C expertise to a hands-on Business Systems Analyst role focused on shaping and delivering impactful enhancements for Sales and Service teams. This onsite opportunity in Richardson, TX offers the chance to partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to improve processes, support implementation efforts, and help deliver solutions that make a real difference.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Service stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Design practical SAP C4C solutions that align with business goals and enterprise standards.
  • Perform configuration updates in SAP C4C and coordinate development work for custom enhancements.
  • Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Create test plans, execute unit testing, and support broader testing efforts to help ensure quality delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams throughout the full solution lifecycle.
  • Provide clear status updates, manage expectations, and help keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Support project planning and implementation activities, including timeline coordination and resource collaboration.
  • Monitor post-launch performance, gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive SAP C4C implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Service business processes.
  • Experience developing end-to-end functional solutions that improve operations.
  • Ability to create functional specifications for enhancements and projects of varying scope.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience supporting project timelines, priorities, and delivery coordination.
Preferred Skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and data structures.
  • Familiarity with middleware solutions and integration concepts.
  • Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
