Summary

Join a high-impact supply chain technology team in a role focused on connecting systems, improving visibility, and enabling smarter decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain. This position offers the opportunity to lead EDI implementation efforts, shape scalable business processes, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead supply chain digital transformation efforts that improve automation, traceability, visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive the roadmap for supplier connectivity and process standardization across a broad supplier base.
  • Own end-to-end EDI implementation activities, including planning, testing, validation, issue resolution, and production deployment.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to support successful supplier onboarding and integration.
  • Develop project plans, governance structures, deployment schedules, and compliance tracking for EDI initiatives.
  • Analyze current supply chain processes and design scalable future-state solutions that align business needs with system capabilities.
  • Translate operational requirements into integration and system design requirements.
  • Facilitate process mapping, solution design sessions, and cross-functional workshops.
  • Support enterprise integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP Ariba, SAP TM, EDI platforms, supplier portals, transportation systems, and manufacturing or traceability systems.
  • Collaborate with data, business systems, and operational teams to improve data quality, availability, and reporting capabilities.
  • Build KPI frameworks to support supplier performance, inventory health, logistics execution, and supply chain reliability.
  • Present updates to stakeholders, lead steering discussions, and contribute to broader capability building across the organization.
  • May manage consultants, vendors, and implementation partners as needed.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, operations systems, ERP implementations, digital transformation, or systems integration.
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects involving enterprise systems and process transformation.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and core supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Proven experience leading EDI implementations and supplier onboarding efforts.
  • Ability to design business processes and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, reporting tools, and dashboard development.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across departments.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP EWM, SAP TM, and related supply chain technology platforms.
  • Background supporting logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or traceability system integrations.
  • Experience developing governance processes and continuous improvement programs.
  • Ability to mentor team members and help build organizational capability in systems and digital transformation.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities.
