Roles and Responsibilities:

Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations.
Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.

Design and govern Workplace Services including:

Space Management
Reservation Management
Workplace Visitor Management
Workplace Case Management
Employee Experience workflows

Design and implement Enterprise Asset Management capabilities including:

Asset lifecycle management
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Work order management
Inventory and spare parts management
Vendor and contract integrations
Define enterprise data architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance.
Create HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents.
Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform health assessments.
Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads across ServiceNow engagements.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Drive platform modernization, upgrades, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.
