Job Description-
As a Senior Qlik Sense Platform Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, performance, and optimization of the Qlik Sense platform within a high-impact Life Sciences and Healthcare environment. This role demands deep technical expertise, proactive troubleshooting abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering seamless user experiences. Your contributions will directly support critical business intelligence initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making and advancing the company s objectives.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience supporting and administering Qlik Sense platforms in enterprise environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Qlik Sense architecture, scripting, configuration management, and security protocols.
- Strong data modeling and visualization skills with proficiency in Qlik Sense APIs and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, optimize performance, and manage incident response.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, network protocols, and system integration processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
- Qlik Sense certification or equivalent industry credentials.
- Experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare data environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to healthcare technology platforms.
- Experience with automation tools and advanced data analytics.
- Exposure to cloud-based Qlik Sense deployments.
