Apex Systems | Program Analytics & Reporting
Overview
Apex Systems is seeking a Data Analyst to support program reporting, issue tracking, performance analytics, dashboard development, and operational reporting for a statewide telecommunications transformation initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting enterprise technology programs.
- Minimum three (3) years of data analysis experience.
- Experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience creating dashboards and executive reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience presenting reporting findings to business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecommunications analytics experience.
- Network operations reporting.
- NG911 exposure.
- Public safety communications experience.
- Experience supporting PMO organizations.
- Government sector experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project, operational, and performance data.
- Develop dashboards and executive reporting packages.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support issue management and remediation tracking.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Provide analytical support to project leadership.
