Senior Developer - Data Analytics and Reporting

Location: San Ramon, CA
Work Schedule: hybrid - 2 days a week onsite

Engagement: Open to both - Long term contract or Fulltime
Compensation: Compensation will depend on experience, with a range of $130,000 - $140,000 for full-time or $65/hr. - $70/hr. for contract.
Job Description:
- Senior developer with experience building scalable reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI, DAX, Advanced SQL, and enterprise data platforms such as Foundry/Snowflake etc.
- Develop and optimize ETL/data pipelines, automate manual processes using Power Automate and ensure reliable data delivery across platform
- Work closely with stakeholders to convert business needs into data models, KPIs, reporting logic, and actionable insights
- Create and maintain semantic models, reporting standards, governance frameworks, and reusable datasets to ensure accuracy, scalability, and consistency.
- Team player who can collaborate with team members and across business users to deliver high-quality analytics products
