Technical Lead- Metrics and Reporting

Location: San Ramon, CA
Work Schedule: hybrid - 2 days a week onsite

Engagement: Open to both - Long term contract or Fulltime
Compensation: Compensation will depend on experience, with a range of $130,000 - $140,000 for full-time or $65/hr. - $70/hr. for contract.
Job Description:
- Technical Lead experience translating the technical requirements into Reporting solutions- ensure scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting architectures
- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, DAX queries, semantic models, datasets, and self-service analytics solutions and orchestration of process changes
- Utilize cloud-based data platforms such as Foundry, AWS or similar, along with advanced SQL expertise for data integration, modeling, and performance optimization and knowledge on Microsoft Power Suite
- Establish data governance, quality controls, and best practices while providing technical reviews, mentoring, oversight of reporting and analytics initiatives and produce documentation
- Act as a hands-on team player and technical mentor, guiding analysts and developers, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality work products and timely deliverables
Key Technologies: Power BI, Advanced SQL, Power Automate, Foundry/Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform
