Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will 
have experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive business decisions. 
You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop reports, 
dashboards, and actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
Identify trends, patterns, and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Perform data validation, quality assurance, and data integrity checks.
Create and maintain KPIs, metrics, and executive-level reporting dashboards.
Support data modeling and reporting initiatives.
Work with Data Engineers to optimize data pipelines and reporting processes.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and perform statistical analysis as needed.
Document business requirements, data definitions, and reporting processes.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
