RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is adding an Agile Delivery Specialist to their team to drive Agile best practices, support high-performing teams, and advance enterprise delivery initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching teams, facilitating workshops, and improving Agile maturity. The Agile Delivery Specialist will partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to strengthen delivery processes and adoption. This position combines Agile coaching, Scrum Master responsibilities, team onboarding, facilitation, and Jira administration.
Responsibilities:
* Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, and teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
* Support Agile maturity initiatives across multiple teams
* Guide story writing, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and feature decomposition
* Facilitate story-splitting sessions and partner with Product Owners to align work to business priorities
* Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, and planning events
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
* Support onboarding of new Agile teams and serve as Scrum Master when needed
* Remove delivery impediments and promote team collaboration
* Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts
* Promote consistency in Agile practices and delivery standards
* Improve team transparency, predictability, and effectiveness
* Serve as the Jira subject matter expert
* Configure boards, dashboards, workflows, and reports
* Train teams on Jira best practices
* Provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Agile delivery practices
* Experience coaching teams and facilitating workshops in a complex environment
* Proven expertise in user story creation, backlog management, and feature decomposition
* Advanced Jira experience, including configuration, reporting, dashboards, and backlog administration
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to influence teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
* SAFe, Scrum Master, or other Agile certifications
* Experience working within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
* Experience onboarding new teams to Scrum and Agile practices
* Public speaking, training, or Agile workshop facilitation experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
