Role Overview

We are looking for an Adobe Delivery Program Manager to lead client-facing implementations for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for clients while coordinating closely with delivery teams, sales leaders, and executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on schedule, and within budget.

This role requires a practical consulting background: you must understand the technical components of enterprise digital implementations, manage client expectations, and keep project financials on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Delivery & Scope Management: Own client-facing engagements from kickoff through project closure. Define deliverables, track timelines, manage resource allocation, and write clear change requests when project scope shifts.
  • Manage Project Financials: Accurately forecast project revenue, profit margins, bill rates, and consultant utilization across your assigned engagements.
  • Serve as Primary Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with client executives (Directors, VPs, CMOs), manage client expectations, and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Coordinate Issue Escalations: Identify project risks early and coordinate cross-functional resolution across internal sales, technical delivery, and product groups.
  • Translate Technical & Business Requirements: Ensure integration points and business objectives in the Statement of Work (SOW) are clearly understood by both technical development teams and non-technical client stakeholders.
  • Identify Business Growth Opportunities: Recognize client needs during delivery to surface add-on sales opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
  • Drive Governance & Practice Continuous Improvement: Maintain delivery standards, capture post-project lessons learned, and feed best practices back into the consulting organization.

Required Experience

  • Adobe Experience Cloud Implementation: Hands-on experience managing projects involving Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (specifically AEM or AEP).
  • Client-Facing Consulting Experience: Proven experience in a consulting or agency setting, leading enterprise engagements and communicating directly with client leadership.
  • Enterprise Delivery Track Record: Experience managing enterprise-scale web application, digital experience, or analytics delivery projects.
  • Technical & SDLC Understanding: Practical understanding of custom software development processes, Agile delivery, and technical integration requirements.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% for client engagements.

Preferred Experience

  • Certifications: Adobe Certifications, PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PRINCE2.
  • Tooling: Prior hands-on experience using Workfront and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
