Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Adobe Workfront solutions that align with client business objectives.
Configure workflows, templates, custom forms, reports, and project artifacts.
Integrate Workfront with other Adobe products and third-party platforms.
Lead clients through implementation, change management, and go-live activities.
Serve as a subject matter expert on business process optimization and workflow design.
Provide consulting, mentorship, and adoption strategies to maximize business value.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, enterprise-level solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of Adobe Workfront consulting and implementation experience.
Experience leading enterprise-level Workfront implementations (5,000+ employee organizations).
Strong understanding of Adobe''s ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target.
Experience documenting and optimizing business processes.
Familiarity with API integrations, migrations, and third-party software integrations.
Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Change management experience.
Experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Knowledge of the content supply chain, including Creative Cloud, Frame.io, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Experience mentoring clients and internal teams on best practices.
