Job Details
You will own daily production supervision on a floor producing flight-critical machined parts, structures, and complex assemblies for military, rotorcraft, and space customers, with responsibility for the people, the schedule, and the cost and quality performance of the work.
Hire, train, schedule, and develop shop personnel; conduct timely performance evaluations and handle discipline in line with company policy.
Own daily workflow and department scheduling to hit on-time job starts and completions, and control production conditions to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.

Track and report weekly performance metrics for both people and processes, and maintain an up-to-date visual factory with status boards and shop floor visual controls.
Drive a safe, clean, organized facility using 6S principles, and collaborate across departments to secure the resources, supplies, and job materials needed to keep production moving.
Looking for:
3+ years of experience as a production supervisor, manufacturing manager, or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of the manufacturing processes you will be managing, with the ability to control cost, quality, and delivery on the floor

Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
CNC machining and precision machined components
Airframe structures, composites, or complex mechanical assemblies
Rotorcraft main rotor or power transmission components
Fuel tanks, pressure vessels, or aerial refueling hardware
