The RoleThis isn't just reactive maintenance.
You'll be responsible for keeping our equipment running safely and efficiently, troubleshooting issues, and helping prevent downtime before it happens.
What You'll Do- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose issues and make timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Perform routine inspections and document maintenance activity
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
- Work safely in a clean, organized manufacturing environment
Work Schedule & ExpectationsWe're hiring to support
two separate shifts as we continue to grow:
Day Shift: Typical schedule:
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through FridayOvernights: Typical schedule:
7:00 PM - 5:30 AM, Monday through FridayShift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.
Overtime is common as we continue expanding our operations.
We're upfront about this because the role comes with strong earning potential for those willing to contribute.
