you belong here.Job Description: 1. Manage daily administration of Salesforce including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data
management/merging and field layout and display.
2. Perform regular system audits and prepare ad-hoc reports.
3. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
4. Support end-users with troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
5. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
6. Assist in data imports, exports, and cleansing activities.
7. Monitor and maintain system integrations with other platforms.
8. Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
Required:
Highschool Diploma
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred
Preferred:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, reporting, and dashboards.
Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
