Summary
Salesforce BA/Admin (US-Based, Onshore)
We are looking for an onshore US-based Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator with strong Salesforce platform experience.
Key Requirement:
The candidate must have hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing (managed package) or the billing component of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including:
- Invoicing
- Billing operations
- Payment processing
- Revenue recognition
- Billing-related business process analysis and configuration
Core Skills:
- Salesforce Business Analysis and Administration
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Salesforce configuration (Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Permission Sets, etc.)
- User support, testing, and documentation
- Experience supporting quote-to-cash or order-to-cash processes is highly preferred
This is primarily a Salesforce BA/Admin role, but billing and Revenue Cloud experience is a must-have requirement, not just general Salesforce administration experience.
