Description
We are looking for an Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance enterprise business systems for a contract assignment based in San Bernardino, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can translate operational needs into effective platform solutions while maintaining reliable system performance. The role will focus on administration, configuration, and technical development across ERP and CRM environments, with close collaboration across business and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
Administer ERP and CRM platforms to ensure stable daily operations, appropriate access, and dependable system functionality.
Gather business needs from stakeholders and turn them into clear documentation, including business requirement materials and functional recommendations.
Configure system features, workflows, and settings to align platform capabilities with organizational processes and user expectations.
Develop and maintain client-side scripts to improve usability, automate tasks, and support customized application behavior.
Create and support APIs and system integrations that enable secure and accurate data exchange between business applications.
Perform Salesforce development activities to extend platform functionality and address business-driven enhancement requests.
Manage configuration changes through controlled processes, including testing, documentation, and release coordination.
Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions to reduce disruption for end users.
Requirements
Hands-on experience administering ERP and CRM systems in a business environment.
Proficiency in client-side scripting for application customization and process improvement.
Ability to produce business requirement documentation that clearly defines user needs and system expectations.
Experience with configuration management practices, including change control, testing, and deployment support.
Knowledge of API development and integration methods across enterprise applications.
Practical Salesforce development experience, including customization and enhancement of platform functionality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
