What They’re Really Looking For
This is not just a note-taking BA role.
They need someone who can sit down with business and operations stakeholders, understand how they operate today, dig into processes, identify gaps, ask strong follow-up questions, and turn that information into organized requirements and process documentation.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable walking into an environment where everything isn't fully defined. They need someone who can take ownership, bring structure to ambiguity, and keep multiple initiatives moving forward.
