Job Overview

Medinext Global LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1-3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working with technical and business stakeholders.

The Business Analyst will help translate business needs into clear requirements and support business and technology initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

• Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and requirement documentation.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with test case validation.

• Analyze business data and prepare reports to support decision-making.

• Track requirements, issues, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.

• Communicate requirements and project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.

• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.

• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Experience with SQL databases and data analysis.

• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.

• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.

• Experience with UAT and software testing.

• Knowledge of process modeling and workflow tools.

• Experience working in software or technology environments.
