Job Title: Tax Operations Analyst Global Tax Services
Location: Saint Paul, MN Onsite
Contract: 6+ Months

Position Summary

Global Tax Services supports clients with complex international tax relief processes related to ADRs and ordinary securities. This role will support both Relief at Source and Tax Reclaim Operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely execution, and strong operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

Review client eligibility and documentation for reduced withholding tax treatment.
Prepare, validate, and track market-specific tax forms and supporting documentation.
Monitor income events, market deadlines, and custodian requirements.
Support client onboarding documentation.
Handle urgent documentation requests and eligibility validations.
Review and validate tax reclaim eligibility after income payments.
Prepare, submit, and monitor reclaim packages.
Coordinate certificates of residency, tax forms, and required documentation.
Track reclaims through filing, payment, rejection, resubmission, or closure.
Research and resolve reclaim rejections and identify root causes.
Coordinate with clients, custodians, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

1 2 years of relevant experience in Tax Operations, Securities Operations, Custody Operations, Investment Operations, or Capital Markets.
Experience with Tax Reclaim, Relief at Source, Withholding Tax, or Tax Documentation preferred.
Knowledge of Custody Operations / Securities Operations.
Understanding of withholding tax processes.
Knowledge of ADRs, ordinary securities, and Double Taxation Treaties is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
