- Support Sage Intacct, Coupa, SAP Concur, BlackLine, Gappify, and Avalara.
- Troubleshoot system errors, access issues, integrations, and data synchronization problems.
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, RBAC, security profiles, and SOX controls.
- Work with software vendors on defects, escalations, upgrades, and releases.
- Manage Jira/Jira Service Management tickets, SLAs, prioritization, and backlog tracking.
- Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and SOPs.
- Analyze Jira metrics such as ticket volume, resolution time, issue trends, and system performance.
- Lead monthly Finance Systems Support / backlog prioritization meetings with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and Tax teams.
- Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, Sales Tax, and Financial Close processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
