Education:- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent related experience.

- Familiarity with JD Edwards, Ansys, and Oracle for daily work-related activities and transactions is a plus
- Ability to calculate product profitability and return on invested capital (ROIC).
- Leadership skills in meetings.
