Application Engineer Intern - Houston, TX

Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Application Engineer Intern. You will be part of our application engineering team and will report to the Application Engineering Manager . In this role, your mission is to support the sales staff and customers by helping with project sizing, technical evaluations, and proposal development.

Your day-to-day

• Review customer inquiries and identify technical requirements for engineered products.
• Prepare technical scope requests and coordinate with global product companies to obtain quotations.
• Support Application Engineers in equipment sizing, technical evaluations, and proposal development.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your skills and experience

• Undergraduate or Graduate student majoring in Engineering or related majors

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have excellent attention to detail, be well-organized and show initiative
• Demonstrate leadership qualities.

Students enrolled in undergraduate programs will make $20/hr and students enrolled in Graduate programs will make $22/hr.

Your job location

Hybrid: This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Houston, TX, United States (US).
