Job Title: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Contract: 12+ Months (Potential Extension)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Digital Agility Coach to lead Agile transformation initiatives and coach Agile teams within a large enterprise environment. This role serves as a servant leader, helping Agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) maximize value delivery while driving Agile maturity, continuous improvement, and organizational adoption of SAFe principles.
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with strong expertise in SAFe 6.0, Agile delivery, Lean-Agile leadership, and enterprise Agile transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Coach Agile teams to become self-organized, high-performing, and continuously improving.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
Guide teams in Agile best practices including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Flow, BDD, Built-in Quality, and Lean principles.
Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and maximizing business value.
Remove team impediments and facilitate conflict resolution through servant leadership.
Drive Agile maturity across teams while promoting continuous learning and innovation.
Establish and manage Kanban boards to improve transparency, workflow visualization, and delivery.
Measure and optimize Agile metrics including flow, velocity, competency, OKRs, and delivery outcomes.
Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt (I&A), and Innovation & Planning (IP) Iterations.
Foster collaboration across Agile teams, stakeholders, Product Management, and Agile Release Trains.
Promote Built-in Quality, automated testing, Definition of Done, and Agile engineering practices.
Coach stakeholders and non-Agile teams on effective collaboration with Agile delivery teams.
Represent Agile teams during ART events and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
Support enterprise-wide SAFe adoption by participating in Communities of Practice (CoPs).
Develop T-shaped team capabilities and encourage knowledge sharing.
Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders to improve alignment and delivery predictability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Team Coach within a large enterprise environment.
Strong experience coaching multiple Agile teams using SAFe Framework.
Expert knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles, Agile metrics, and continuous improvement.
Hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning and Agile Release Train ceremonies.

Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead Agile transformation initiatives and mentor Agile teams.

Required Certification

SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) Certification
