• Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. (This will renew for next fiscal year).

Complete Description:

• Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support a plus
• Must have strong job tenure

Skills:

• Ability to speak and understand English. Required
