Complete Description:
- Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support a plus
- Must have strong job tenure
Skills:
- Ability to speak and understand English. Required
