BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This position performs professional and technical work involving Network Services group for the Bureau of Distributed Infrastructure. The position is responsible for analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining the Departments network infrastructure, VoIP UCaaS, and cellular voice, data systems, and their respective performance and monitoring tools. This team involves both long-term project work with the goal of improving the IT infrastructure and sh
