Role Overview
The Senior Technical Consultant - SPM is responsible for configuring and implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions, helping customers optimize portfolio planning, project execution, demand management, investment governance, and resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Conduct requirements workshops and solution design sessions.
- Configure Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Agile Development, Resource Management, and Investment Funding modules.
- Design dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive portfolios.
- Support enterprise PMO transformation initiatives.
- Develop integrations with ERP and project management systems.
- Provide technical leadership throughout implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Minimum 3 years implementing SPM/PPM solutions.
- Experience working with PMOs and portfolio governance teams.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Mandatory Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CIS-SPM
