Required Skills:

Proven expertise in IVR and Contact Center platforms such as Genesys, Cisco UCCE/UCCX, Amazon Connect, NICE, Avaya, or Nuance
Strong experience in contact flow design, call routing, self-service solutions, and speech recognition
Proficiency in CTI integration, APIs, web services, and backend system integrations
Hands-on experience with cloud-based contact center solutions and telephony technologies
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Additional experience with AWS Amazon Connect
Knowledge of data analytics related to contact center performance
Certifications in relevant contact center or cloud technologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of experience

Other Requirements:

Availability to collaborate across teams and adapt to evolving project needs
Proactive approach to innovation and process improvement
