Job Responsibilities and Qualifications for IVR Tester with AWS LEX:

5+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with IVR testing.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lex is required.
Experience testing conversational AI / chatbot / voice applications.
Strong understanding of voice recognition and natural-language conversational flows.
Experience with Amazon Connect is highly preferred.
