Job Title: Mainframe Production Operations Engineer – CA OPS/MVS to IBM System Automation Migration
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: W2
Only W2 no C2C/1099
Work Authorization: All visa statuses accepted for W2, including OPT/CPT, subject to applicable employment requirements.
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Production Operations Engineer with hands-on experience in IBM Z automation and mainframe automation migration projects.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience migrating automation from CA OPS/MVS to IBM Tivoli System Automation for z/OS (IBM SA z/OS). Experience with both products without actual migration experience is not sufficient.
Candidates must also have strong REXX programming skills and practical experience supporting z/OS production operations.

Candidates must be able to explain their actual role in a CA OPS/MVS to IBM SA z/OS migration, including the project scope, automation policies or rules migrated, tools used, and production implementation experience.

Profiles with only general Mainframe, JCL, REXX, or NetView experience and no direct migration experience will not be considered.
