Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and lead agentic AI architectures, multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and cloud-based AI services using modern AI and application development frameworks.
- Develop and review Python-based AI services and infrastructure automation while supporting cloud resources, APIs, security, monitoring, and scalable deployment practices.
- Establish standards for AI evaluation, observability, security, governance, guardrails, prompt protection, data privacy, and cost management.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
9+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of hands-on production experience with generative AI, agentic AI, or related AI engineering solutions.

Technical Skills
|
AWS Bedrock, Python, Cloud Computing, Generative AI & LLMs, AI Application Development, RAG & Vector Databases, API Development, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD & DevOps

Business / Domain Skills
|

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
