Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Implement and maintain the approved Medallion Architecture, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers, and develop Snowflake databases, schemas, tables, views, data models, and curated data products.
Design, develop, and maintain IICS data integration workflows for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, scheduling, monitoring, error handling, and data-quality validation across enterprise platforms.
Develop source-to-target mappings, transformation specifications, data dictionaries, technical designs, and operational procedures while supporting metadata harvesting, data lineage, business glossary, and governance activities.
Execute unit, integration, regression, reconciliation, and end-to-end testing; support production deployment, cutover, hypercare, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer to HHSC staff and data owners.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience developing and maintaining enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
Experience implementing Medallion Architecture and developing Snowflake databases, schemas, tables, views, and data models.
Experience building ETL workflows, data transformations, source-to-target mappings, and data-quality validation processes.
Experience supporting metadata management, data lineage, enterprise data governance, testing, deployment, and production operations.
Technical Skills:
Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Snowflake, ETL Development, Medallion Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Integration, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Azure Blob Storage
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting State Government Health and Human Services (HHS) data environments, including enterprise data platforms, integrated applications, and public-benefit program information.
Experience working with HHSC data stakeholders and supporting data integration, data quality, reporting, and governance requirements across Medicaid and other health and human services programs.
Experience managing enterprise data through Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers while maintaining data completeness, validity, consistency, uniqueness, timeliness, and reconciliation standards.
Experience supporting government data governance practices involving business glossaries, metadata classifications, data ownership, stewardship, lineage, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
