Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, production-ready data pipelines and transformation workflows within Palantir Foundry.
Develop and maintain data connections, integrations, and application workflows across multiple source systems while supporting Foundry ontology development and enhancements.
Build production-grade software solutions using structured and unstructured datasets, developing application logic and automation with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
Investigate and resolve pipeline, data, and application issues; perform root cause analysis, implement sustainable fixes, manage technical tickets, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Palantir Foundry in a client delivery, implementation, consulting, or operational support environment.
Experience building and maintaining production-ready data pipelines, data integrations, and transformation workflows in Palantir Foundry.
Experience supporting or developing Foundry ontologies and building production-grade solutions using structured and unstructured datasets.
Experience programming with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript, troubleshooting technical issues independently, and working in Agile development environments.

Experience collaborating with product owners, data architects, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to manage delivery commitments, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
