Quickbase Consultant - PM

Introduction:

The DC Government seeks a highly qualified and experienced QuickBase Consultant to review, document, analyze, develop, and support the agency''s QuickBase rapid development and prototyping framework. This role supports the ongoing development and modernization of a QuickBase application used across multiple operational areas within the agency.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive expertise in QuickBase application architecture, development, and implementation
• Building custom applications within a District of Columbia government environment
• Building dashboards, reports, and QuickBase customizations
• Evaluating business needs and translating them into technology specifications
• Supporting implementation and transition planning
• Defining capabilities and behaviors required for enterprise transformation

Requirements:

Minimum Education / Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Expert-level experience in QuickBase design and development
• Expert-level experience documenting business processes and workflows
• Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with organizational business goals
• Experience delivering highly scalable architecture solutions supporting both mobile and web platforms
• Experience with web technologies and mobile application design
• Experience with emerging Database-as-a-Service (DaaS) technologies
• Experience working with large, complex data sets
• Strong written and spoken communication skills; business-level English required
• Strong documentation skills
