Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a Remote Maximo Consultant. This multifaceted position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and client-centric focus to support the successful deployment and optimization of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and related asset management solutions.

Highlights:
* Delivery Project Executive (DPE) for Essential Management Contracts, where you will serve as both the Technical Account Manager (TAM) and Project Manager (PM); In this capacity, you will lead delivery execution, manage client relationships, drive strategic alignment, and ensure contractual commitments are met with excellence
* TAM or Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing deep technical guidance, best practices, and proactive support to accelerate client outcomes
* Client Coordinator for Day 2 Operations under MAS SaaS Premium, where you will leverage both technical and leadership skills to orchestrate support activities, manage escalations, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery

Responsibilities:
* Use consulting skills, business knowledge and package solution expertise to effectively implement package technology in a client business environment to achieve client expected business results
* Lead working sessions to understand client business requirements
* Work closely with client stakeholders to define and document client specific business needs and requirements
* Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis and functional design documents
* Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business decisions related to industry and/or functional area

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of experience working with IBM Maximo + MAS solutions
* 5 years of experience working with and leading MAS and EAM functional expertise for MAS Migration assessments
* 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical position with the implementation and utilization of fully integrated enterprise asset management system
* Must have prior strong project team technical leadership experience with multiple successful Maximo + MAS project implementations and migrations
* Must be able to convert functional requirements into technical specifications and configure, tailor and or customize solutions including building interfaces
* Ability to create & update advanced technical documentation
* Must possess strong communication skills & the ability to work well in a project team environment

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
* 5 years of experience as a software implementation consultant in a client environment
* 5 years of experience serving as a leading participant in business process workshops and presenting solutions and best practices recommendations
* 5 years of experience with full life cycle solution implementations including requirements, configuration, and testing
* 5 years of experience with post implementation support (i.e. security administration, configuration issues, etc.)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
