Oracle EPM - EPBCS Consultant

Job Title: Oracle EPM - EPBCS Consultant
Role: Contract 6 months

Location: Remote PST (Preferably candidates in CST/PST locations)

Job Description:

Experience in Oracle EPM EPBCS Out of The Box Modules

At least 2 end-to-end EPBCS implementations full lifecycle, not just support or enhancement work.

Good Hands on with the Data Integration setup with Direct integration from Oracle GL to EPBCS financials and Oracle HCM to EPBCS workforce

Functional knowledge on the OPEX calculations, P&L, Balance sheet. Along with that, should be good with Salaries data calculations like Headcount, Merit etc,.

Good working understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning processes.

Candidate should be thoroughly comfortable to handle the projects on alone, if required.

Good Knowledge on writing business rules, member formulas and if required to automate the process batch scripts

Able to work directly with functional and project stakeholders without needing constant handholding.

Should be comfortable to work on Sales assisting with PPT presentations with latest features and Oracle EPM differences with other tools.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience

Minimum of 7+ years of experience with Oracle EPM modules.

Should be able to interact with CXO level executives and drive discussion.
