Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee large-scale portfolios within a Healthcare Payer environment. The candidate will lead development, maintenance, and production support for complex enterprise initiatives and managed services engagements.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of IT industry experience.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale delivery portfolios in Healthcare Payer organizations.
- Proven experience leading development, maintenance, production support, and managed services engagements.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex enterprise initiatives.
- Experience leading large distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
Required Skills:
The candidate must possess strong Healthcare Payer domain expertise and hands-on experience with the TriZetto FACETS platform and core payer operations.
- Solid understanding of Claims Processing.
- Solid understanding of Membership & Enrollment.
- Solid understanding of Billing & Premium Management.
- Solid understanding of Provider Management.
- Solid understanding of Network Management.
- Experience managing Application Development Programs.
- Experience managing Production Support Services.
- Experience managing AMS and Managed Services Engagements.
- Experience managing FACETS Implementation & Upgrade Programs.
- Experience managing Digital Transformation Initiatives.
