Summary

Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a ServiceNow PM / Scrum Master to support KABS and our government customer in Washington, DC. The position is hybrid, requires 1 day onsite. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a ServiceNow PM / Scrum Master to support the Digital Workplace workforce by coordinating delivery, managing execution risk, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring ServiceNow work is planned, tracked, communicated, and delivered with disciplined operational control. Work will be performed at the client's facility or customer approved remote locations during Eastern Time core business hours.

The ServiceNow PM / Scrum Master will support project execution and Agile delivery for ServiceNow product teams and platform initiatives.

Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination.
  • Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate with product owners, architects, developers, QA, admins, cybersecurity, and change management teams.
  • Track progress against commitments, identify delivery blockers, and drive timely resolution.
  • Support release readiness, governance reviews, operational transition, and customer reporting.
  • Maintain delivery artifacts, sprint metrics, decision logs, RAID logs, and management briefings.

Education and Experience:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, Agile teams, enterprise platforms, or workflow implementation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid Agile delivery.

Desired:
  • Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe certification, ITIL Foundation, or comparable credential.
  • Experience managing ServiceNow or ITSM platform delivery in federal environments.

Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong Agile facilitation, project coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and status reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage dependencies across technical, operational, cybersecurity, and business teams.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow delivery lifecycle, platform releases, testing, and operational transition.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow SPM, or comparable delivery management tools.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Desired Skills and Competencies:
  • Experience with federal reporting rhythms, governance boards, change control, and release management.
  • Ability to support multiple workstreams while maintaining clear priorities and delivery accountability.
