Our client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage and coordinate On-Site Support (Deskside Support) in and around the Washington DC area-
Build strong relationships with end client stakeholders, which helped align IT delivery with business priorities and manage/develop Team Lead and Deskside ServiceNow ticket performance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor service performance and resolved escalations
Provide hands-on technical support and process oversight, reducing repeat incident volume by
root cause analysis and improved documentation.
Top Skills Details
1. Prior experience as a Deskside Support or Network Services Delivery Manager, Delivery Manager or a Deskside Manager supervising 20+ resources and Team Leads
2. The resource must have a technical understand Client Service Delivery... preferably with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM Tool
3. The candidate must have documented experience managing the delivery of network support.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.28/hr.
