Job Details
Enter and validate vendor, customer, and accounting data into the new ERP/AP system.
Review existing records for completeness and accuracy before migration.
Correct discrepancies, duplicate records, and missing information.
Ensure all data is formatted consistently to support automated invoice processing.
Verify vendor information, payment terms, addresses, tax IDs, and other critical master data.
Work closely with the Accounting and Accounts Payable teams to resolve data issues.
Perform quality checks to ensure the integrity of migrated data.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and vendor information.
Assist with other administrative and accounting projects as needed during the implementation.
