Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration / ETL Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP implementations, enterprise data migration, and ETL development. The ideal candidate will have experience leading end-to-end migration activities, data transformation, validation, and cutover planning for large-scale ERP implementations within Government and/or Healthcare environments.

Required Skills

• 10–12+ years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Data Migration and ETL Development experience
• 3–5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP migration experience
• Strong experience with D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and/or Customer Engagement (CE)
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, KingswaySoft, or similar ETL tools
• Strong SQL development and optimization skills
• Experience with Data Mapping, Data Transformation, Data Validation, and Data Cleansing
• Experience migrating large enterprise datasets from multiple legacy systems
• Strong understanding of ERP Data Entities, Integrations, and Migration Frameworks
• Experience leading Mock Migrations, Cutover Planning, Production Migration, and Post-Go-Live Support
• Government and/or Healthcare implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Compliance
• Experience with SIT, UAT, and Production Validation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
• Design, develop, and execute ETL solutions for data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
• Analyze legacy systems and define migration strategies, mapping documents, and cleansing rules.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Perform data reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Execute mock migrations, production cutovers, and post-migration support.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize ETL performance.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Prepare migration documentation, status reports, and risk assessments.

Education

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications are highly preferred.
