RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sage X3 ERP Consultant in Wilmington, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Assess and analyze the current Sage X3 ERP environment and identify opportunities for improvement
* Support system stabilization efforts by troubleshooting and resolving application issues
* Develop, enhance, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts
* Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
* Perform configuration, customization, and development within the Sage X3 platform
* Document business processes and recommend improvements to maximize system effectiveness
* Provide technical and functional support to end users and business stakeholders
* Assist with data integrity, system performance, and process optimization initiatives
* Develop and maintain system documentation and knowledge transfer materials
* Partner with leadership to establish best practices and support future growth initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of hands-on Sage X3 experience
* Experience supporting, enhancing, or stabilizing ERP environments
* Strong understanding of Sage X3 modules, workflows, and business processes
* Experience creating reports and working with ERP data
* Ability to troubleshoot complex system and process issues
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
* Sage X3 development experience including 4GL, customizations, and integrations
* Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, or financial operations
* SQL experience and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools
* Ability to provide both functional and technical guidance
* Experience participating in ERP upgrades, migrations, or transformation initiatives
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
